I’ve connected my ChatGPT-7 equivalent to my blood glucose monitor and my smart ring. It now generates a 100% custom meal plan every morning based on my recovery and stress levels. Has anyone else gone this deep into "Bio-Automation"? Do you find the AI’s suggestions better than a human trainer, or is it too rigid for a normal daily life?

I've been doing this for a year, and my biomarkers have never been better. The AI is much more "objective" than a human trainer. If my HRV (Heart Rate Variability) is low, it doesn't care that it’s "Leg Day"; it automatically switches my workout to a 20-minute restorative yoga session and updates my grocery list to include anti-inflammatory foods. It’s the total automation of the "Should I work out today?" decision-making process. The lack of "decision fatigue" is the biggest benefit. I just wake up, check my "Daily Ops," and follow the instructions. It’s transformed my relationship with my health from a chore into an automated system.
Does this level of automation make you feel disconnected from your own body's signals? Are we losing the ability to "listen" to ourselves without an app?
The best part is the grocery automation. My fridge knows what I’m low on and the AI orders only what fits my macro-goals for the upcoming week.
I love that, Sean. Diana, it’s not too rigid as long as you build in "Cheat Day" logic. My AI allows for a 15% variance so I can still be a human!
Lucas, I actually think it makes me more aware. When the AI says I’m stressed but I feel "fine," I start looking for the subtle signs of tension I would have normally ignored. It’s like having a high-resolution mirror for your internal biology. It’s an educational tool as much as an automation tool.
