I’ve heard conflicting reports about how search engines treat AI content. Should we be running every PMP and Agile article through an before publishing? Our goal is to maintain a high Domain Authority, and I’m scared that if we let "undetected" AI content slip through, our rankings will tank. What is the current SEO best practice for professional training websites like ours?

Google’s official stance has been that they reward high-quality content regardless of how it is produced. They focus on the "Helpful Content" update, which looks for original information and a good user experience. Using an AI detector won't necessarily help your SEO if the content it "passes" is still boring or unoriginal. In Project Management, where people are looking for practical tips on Agile or Scrum, an AI might provide a generic list, while a human provides a specific case study. Focus on the value, not the tool used to write the words.
If the content is "helpful," why does it matter if it was written by a person or a machine? Isn't the end-user's satisfaction the ultimate metric for SEO success?
I use detectors just to see if a writer is being lazy. If it’s 100% AI, I usually ask them to add more personal experience and real-world examples.
That’s a smart way to use it, Michelle. It’s a tool for quality control and "humanizing" the text rather than a binary pass/fail system.
Edward, it matters because AI often repeats outdated PMP guidelines. If a candidate follows wrong advice from our site and fails their exam, our brand trust is completely destroyed.
