Eligibility Criteria:
You cannot just "take" the Expert exam. It is a journey. You must earn it through the credit system. ✔ Foundation Certificate: You must hold a valid ITIL Foundation certificate (2 Credits). ✔ 15 Intermediate Credits: You must earn a minimum of 15 credits from the Intermediate streams (Lifecycle or Capability). ✔ 17 Credits Total: You must have at least 17 credits banked before you are even eligible to book the MALC exam. ✔ MALC Completion: You must complete an accredited MALC training course and pass the exam.

How long does it take to become an ITIL Expert? ▾
The timeline depends on your commitment. If you fast-track, you can complete one module every 2-3 weeks. An aggressive learner can complete the entire roadmap (Foundation to MALC) in 3-4 months. A more sustainable pace for senior professionals is typically 6-9 months.
Do you provide the official Axelos material? ▾
Yes. As an official Accredited Training Organization (ATO), we are mandated to provide the official core guidance and accredited courseware for every module you enroll in. You are guaranteed the legitimate, exam-validated ITIL Expert training materials.
Can I mix Lifecycle and Capability modules? ▾
Yes, you can mix them to hit the mandatory 17 credits. However, we stress caution regarding content overlap. Our expert counselors will review your existing credits and map a valid, audit-proof roadmap for you, preventing redundancy and ensuring you meet all prerequisites for MALC.
Are the classes live? ▾
