The PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner is an advanced certification. Axelos mandates that you must hold a valid prior certification to sit for this exam. There are NO exceptions. You must have ONE of the following: ✔ PRINCE2? Foundation (or Higher) ✔ PRINCE2 Agile? Foundation ✔ Project Management Professional (PMP?) ✔ Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM?) ✔ IPMA Level A, B, C, or D Note: If you do not hold one of these, you must take our "PRINCE2 Agile Foundation and Practitioner" combined course.

How long is the training? ▾
The core Instructor-Led course is typically 16 hours, structured specifically for busy professionals. This is delivered either over two full weekend days or across four intense weekday evenings. This duration is surgically focused on the Practitioner syllabus, which requires application and synthesis of knowledge rather than rote memorization. We strip out the unnecessary fluff and focus solely on scenario analysis and exam-passing techniques.
What is the "Combined" option? ▾
The "Combined" option is a non-negotiable acceleration path for those who do not possess a prerequisite (such as PRINCE2 Foundation, PMP, or CSM). We offer a PRINCE2 Agile Foundation and Practitioner combo. This necessitates a longer course (typically 3-4 days) because we must dedicate time to Foundation terminology (closed-book preparation) before immediately pivoting to Practitioner application (open-book preparation). It guarantees you achieve both credentials in one continuous, high-intensity push.
Are the classes live? ▾
Yes. Our "Instructor-led LIVE Class" is fully interactive and delivered via a high-definition video platform. This is not passive video consumption; it?s a working session. You are expected to speak to the trainer, raise questions instantly, and actively participate in live group exercises focused on tailoring the methodology to real-world scenarios. We enforce a high level of engagement to maximize knowledge transfer.
What if I miss a class? ▾
Missing a session is unacceptable, but manageable. We record every single session entirely. You can access and watch the recording on our Learning Management System (LMS) within 24 hours. For critical content gaps, you are also permitted to attend a makeup session in a future running batch at no additional fee, ensuring you don't compromise your exam readiness.
Is the training material official? ▾
Yes. We are an Accredited Training Organization (ATO), which means our materials undergo rigorous scrutiny by PeopleCert (Axelos). We use official Axelos-approved slides and courseware. You are not wasting time on unverified, "bootleg" content; you are receiving the real, validated curriculum necessary to pass the exam and ensure your certification is recognized globally.

What happens in the classroom training? ▾
Our physical classroom sessions (available in hubs like Bangalore, Delhi, and Mumbai) are designed as intensive, distraction-free bootcamps. The environment is engineered for total immersion. Lunch and coffee are provided so your focus remains on the content, not logistics. The agenda is split between deep-dive content review, scenario practice, and crucial networking with high-calibre peers.
Do you provide the official manual? ▾
The official PRINCE2 Agile manual is the only permitted reference in the exam. Physical copies are included in our premium tiers (Classroom and Premium Online packages) because we prioritize your success. For standard online packages, we provide clear, immediate guidance on how and where to purchase the official Axelos manual or its eBook counterpart to ensure you are ready for exam preparation.
Is this course useful for non-IT projects? ▾
Yes! Assuming PRINCE2 Agile only applies to software is a failure of vision. The methodology is designed to be industry-agnostic. The principles of Fixing Time and Cost while Flexing Scope and Features work for Marketing, HR initiative rollouts, Product Development, and Engineering projects just as effectively as software development.
