How long does the UCS training program take to complete? ▾

The main curriculum is designed to be finished in an intensive 5-day boot camp (classroom format) or spread over 5-6 weeks in our live online weekend-only or weekday-evening formats.

What are the primary scheduling options available for professionals who are working? ▾

We primarily offer Weekend-Only groups (Saturdays and Sundays) and Weekday-Evening sessions, specifically structured to accommodate a typical, demanding 9-to-5 work commitment.

Are the class sizes deliberately kept small to enhance interaction? ▾

Yes. We strictly limit the number of participants in each group to guarantee that everyone receives personal attention, sufficient time in the simulator, and direct, uninterrupted access to the CCIE instructor for questions.

What if I am working at a client location and unable to attend a live session? ▾

Every single live session is recorded. You will be provided access to the high-definition recording within 24 hours. You also have the option to join a different current or future group for the missed module at no additional charge.

How is the practical lab environment provided? ▾

You are granted secure VPN access to our high-fidelity UCS Manager simulator, which fully emulates a complete, multi-chassis UCS domain. You can utilize this environment 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, throughout your enrollment period.

Who are the instructors for the Data Center Unified Computing program? ▾

Our instructors are exclusively Cisco Data Center CCIEs and current infrastructure consultants who possess a minimum of 8 years of hands-on UCS design and deployment experience.

Is it possible for me to switch from an Online Live session to a Classroom session? ▾

Yes. You may upgrade to a Classroom batch by paying only the difference in the course fee, provided that there is seat availability in the chosen session.

What level of network connectivity is required for accessing the remote labs? ▾

A stable internet connection with a minimum of 4-5 Mbps upload/download speed is required to ensure a smooth, lag-free experience while operating in the remote UCS lab simulator environment.

Is the E-Learning option limited to only passive video viewing? ▾

No. While the E-Learning includes the full video curriculum, it is heavily integrated with the UCS Manager simulator labs and practice quizzes to ensure an active, hands-on learning approach.

Do the different formats (Online vs. Classroom) cover distinct course material? ▾

No. The foundational UCS curriculum, lab requirements, and the expertise of the instructors are identical across all delivery methods. Only the method of delivery and the scheduling differ.
