How long does the combo training take to complete? ▾

The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course includes 200+ hours of instruction over 12?16 weeks. Completing both Green and Black Belt projects typically takes 10?12 months.

What are the different training formats available? ▾

We provide in-person classroom training in Springfield, OR, instructor-led live classes, and online learning for self-paced study. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training and project management are included in all formats.

Are the classes live or just pre-recorded videos? ▾

Our Instructor-Led and Classroom formats are fully live and interactive. E-Learning uses high-quality recorded content but includes scheduled live office hours with Master Black Belt instructors for support.

What if work commitments force me to miss a scheduled class? ▾

You won't fall behind. Every live session is recorded and available within 24 hours. You can also attend the same session in another running batch at no extra cost.

How flexible is the program if my schedule changes mid-training? ▾
