How long does the training take to complete? ▾

The entire program is a focused 40-hour hands-on session, structured over 5-6 weekends or an intensive 4-day full-time boot camp.

What are the different training formats available? ▾

We offer three options: E-Learning for self-paced practice, Instructor-Led Live Class for real-time schedule debugging, and Classroom Training for an immersive, dedicated boot camp.

Are the classes live or just pre-recorded videos? ▾

Our sessions are live and fully interactive. This is a demanding environment where you are expected to follow along, build schedules, and troubleshoot logic in real-time.

What if a work commitment forces me to miss a scheduled class? ▾

Every session is recorded and available within 24 hours. You also have the flexibility to attend the same missed advanced module in any other running batch at no extra cost.

How flexible is the program if my schedule changes unexpectedly? ▾

Completely flexible. You can switch between different batches (e.g., weekends to weekdays) or formats (online to in-person) at any time during your program without penalty.

Who are the instructors? ▾

Our instructors are PMP and Microsoft Certified Project Management professionals with deep experience building and tracking large-scale projects across East Lansing, MI .

What are the class sizes like? ▾

We maintain small batch sizes intentionally. This is crucial for advanced training, ensuring every participant gets the necessary individual scheduling and debugging attention.

Is there a difference between the weekday and weekend batches? ▾

No. The certification curriculum, the expert instructors, and the intensity of the hands-on labs are identical. Only the schedule is adjusted to suit your professional commitment.

Do I need any special software to attend? ▾

Yes. You need a working installation of Microsoft Project (preferably 2016 or later). All labs and exercises are performed directly within the software.

Is this training valid for candidates outside major metro cities in East Lansing, MI ? ▾

Yes. Our Instructor-Led Live Classes are accessible globally, and the Microsoft Project certification is a universally recognized standard for project scheduling.
