How should I structure my projects to keep chat contexts separated?

The question

I am trying to organize my work into Projects, but I am not sure if I should dump everything into one giant project or keep them separate. For instance, I have a project for business strategy and another for technical documentation. If I use a System Prompt at the project level, will it apply to all chats inside it? I am worried that the context might bleed over or get too cluttered if I don't set this up correctly from the start.
