PMI-ACP Training Program Overview
Chances are your teams are already running standups, sprints, and retrospectives - but your organization may be confusing agile rituals with true agility. Struggling to engage product owners, manage rigid scopes, and demonstrate tangible value? Meanwhile, Agile Certified professionals holding the Project Management Institute Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) credential are being hired as Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches at premium salaries. Leadership places more trust in these certified experts, leaving non-certified practitioners overlooked in recruitment processes. This isn't just another project management certification. Our PMI-ACP Training Course was designed by seasoned agile leaders who have successfully transformed IT services, product teams, and digital initiatives in your region. The program goes beyond memorizing frameworks, equipping you to implement adaptive agile practices effectively - even in predominantly waterfall environments. Unlike programs focused solely on terminology, we build genuine leadership skills: facilitating retrospectives that drive measurable change, defining a Definition of Done to prevent technical debt, and coaching teams through the transition from predictive to adaptive delivery. While the PMI-ACP exam validates your knowledge, the true value lies in confidently leading your teams in real-world projects. Tailored for working professionals, the course offers weekday evening and weekend batches, live interactive sessions, and recordings for flexible learning. You also gain ready-to-use product backlog and sprint retrospective templates, relevant local case studies, 24/7 expert support, and step-by-step guidance for your PMI-ACP application - helping you avoid common certification pitfalls.

Eligibility and Pre-requisites
The PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) credential is recognized worldwide for its rigor, requiring both comprehensive knowledge and practical experience. To ensure certified professionals are truly proficient in adaptive practices, PMI has defined clear eligibility standards. Here's what you need to qualify:
21 Hours of Formal Agile Training: This mandatory requirement is fully satisfied by completing our PMI-Authorized Agile training program, covering all essential agile methodologies.
General Project Experience: You must have a minimum of 2,000 hours (around 12 months) of experience working on project teams within the past 5 years, demonstrating a solid foundation in general project management practices.
Agile Project Experience: In addition to general experience, you need at least 1,500 hours (approximately 8 months) working on agile project teams or with agile methodologies over the last 3 years, ensuring hands-on expertise in adaptive practices.
Multi-Methodology Exposure: Your agile experience should reflect proficiency across multiple approaches such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and XP - not just repeated experience in a single framework - showing versatility in applying agile principles in diverse environments.
