How long does the training take to complete? ▾

The core instruction time is 24 hours. This is generally delivered as an intensive 3-day boot camp or scheduled over 4 weeks in our weekend or weekday evening cohorts.

What are the different training formats available? ▾

We offer three distinct options: E-Learning (self-paced), Instructor-Led Live Class (online), and Classroom Training (in-person in major technology hubs).

Are the classes live or just pre-recorded videos? ▾

Our Instructor-Led and Classroom sessions are delivered live and are fully interactive. You will participate in real-time discussions and exercises led by a CMMI Institute-certified Lead Appraiser.

What if a professional commitment requires me to miss a scheduled class? ▾

You won't fall behind. Every session is recorded and made accessible within 24 hours. You also have the option to attend the equivalent session in any other running cohort at no extra charge.

How flexible is the program if my schedule changes? ▾

It's completely flexible. You have the ability to switch between different cohorts (e.g., from weekends to weekdays) at any point during your program without incurring a penalty.

Who are the instructors? ▾

Our instructors are CMMI Institute-certified Instructors and Lead Appraisers. They are not simply trainers; they are active professionals who conduct formal appraisals as their career.

What are the class sizes like? ▾

We maintain small cohort sizes, typically between 15-20 participants, to encourage interactive discussions and ensure that every attendee's specific organizational questions are addressed.

Is there a difference between the weekday and weekend batches? ▾

No, there is no difference. The official CMMI Institute curriculum, the expert instructors, and the hands-on exercises are exactly the same. The only variation is the schedule.

Do I need any special software to attend? ▾

No special software is needed. All you require is a standard web browser and a reliable internet connection for our live online classes. All official instructional materials are provided via our learning portal.

Is this training valid for candidates outside this region? ▾

Yes. The CMMI model and the Certified CMMI Associate credential are recognized globally. Our live online training is accessible to participants worldwide.
