How long does the training take to complete? ▾

The entire program is a focused 40-hour session, structured around a study plan delivered over five to six weekends or eight to ten weekday evenings to accommodate your working schedule.

What are the different training formats available? ▾

We provide three training modalities: E-Learning for self-paced study, Instructor-Led Live Class for interactive online sessions, and Classroom Training for an immersive, in-person experience.

Are the classes live or just pre-recorded videos? ▾

Our sessions are conducted live and are fully interactive. This is an active learning course, not a collection of passive video files. You participate in real-time Q&A, group discussions, and configuration exercises with the instructor.

What if a work commitment forces me to miss a scheduled class? ▾

You will not fall behind. Every session is recorded and made available within 24 hours. Additionally, you have the option to attend the exact session you missed in any other concurrent batch at no additional charge.

How flexible is the program if my schedule changes unexpectedly? ▾

The program is entirely flexible. You can switch between different batches (for example, moving from weekends to weekdays) or change formats (such as online to in-person) at any time during your enrollment without any financial penalty.

Who are the instructors? ▾

Our instructors are certified, active Salesforce Consultants and Administrators who possess current industry experience and incorporate real-world problem-solving scenarios into the classroom instruction.

What are the class sizes like? ▾

We intentionally maintain small class sizes. This practice guarantees that every participant receives personalized attention and ample opportunities to engage with the instructor regarding their specific configuration questions.

Is there a difference between the weekday and weekend batches? ▾

No, there is no difference. The ADM 201 curriculum, the certified expert instructors, and the hands-on labs provided are all identical. Only the timetable is adjusted to suit your professional availability.

Do I need any special software to attend? ▾

No, special software is not required. You only need a standard web browser and a reliable internet connection for our live online classes. All platform configuration work is performed on the complimentary Developer Org that we provide.

Is this training valid for candidates outside major metro cities? ▾

Yes. Our Instructor-Led Live Classes and E-Learning programs are accessible globally. The ADM 201 certification is recognized as a global standard.
