Is COBIT 5 owned by ISACA?

The COBIT 4.1 framework, and previous versions of COBIT, are one of several ISACA products. The COBIT 5 framework is still owned by ISACA; however, for COBIT 5, ISACA has appointed APMG as their accreditor for training and certification.
