The program is structured around a core instruction time of typically 40 hours. This is delivered either as an intensive 4-day boot camp or is spread out over 4?6 weeks using our flexible evening or weekend scheduling options.

What are the available class schedules for professionals who do not reside near a major metropolitan area? ▾

Our Instructor-led LIVE Class is scheduled for weekend mornings or weekday evenings (starting after 7:00 PM IST). This ensures accessibility, allowing all students to gain hands-on experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops.

Are the instructors active, certified professionals or are they academics? ▾

Our instructors are exclusively CCE-V (Citrix Certified Experts - Virtualization). They have a minimum of 7 years of active experience in designing and managing high-scale, live enterprise Citrix environments.

How is the hands-on lab environment provided to students? ▾

You are granted secure, remote access to a high-fidelity Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops lab. This lab is accessible 24/7 for practice and includes all necessary Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops download tools.

What happens if a critical work obligation forces me to miss a day of live class? ▾

You will not fall behind in your studies. A recording of every live session is made available within 24 hours. Furthermore, you have the option to join the same missed session in any future batch at no additional charge.

Is it possible for me to switch my enrollment from a Live Online batch to an in-person Classroom batch? ▾

Yes, you are able to upgrade your enrollment at any point. You would pay the difference in the course fee, provided there is seat availability in the requested Classroom session.

Are the virtual application and desktop components covered in equal depth? ▾

This training places a strong emphasis on Citrix XenApp and Citrix Virtual Apps load management and policy. However, core infrastructure elements like DDC and StoreFront are fully covered for both applications and desktops.
