How long does the CCA-App Delivery and Security training program take to complete? ▾

The entire program is built around a tailor-made 5-week study plan. The core instruction is delivered in 40 hours, which is typically split into a 5-day bootcamp, 4-5 weekends, or 10-12 weekday evening sessions.

Are the classes live and interactive, or are they passive video lectures? ▾

Our sessions are live, instructor-led, and fully interactive. This is not a passive video course. You will engage in real-time troubleshooting exercises, Q&A, and configuration drills with the instructor.

What happens if I miss a critical session due to a network outage in my region (e.g., North Charleston, SC)? ▾

You will not fall behind. Every single live session is recorded and made available within 12 hours. You also have the flexibility to attend the equivalent lab or lecture session in any other running batch for free.

How small are your class sizes for the Instructor-led Live batches? ▾

We maintain small batch sizes, typically under 20 participants, to ensure every candidate receives the necessary personalized attention, especially during complex, hands-on configuration labs.

Is the training valid for candidates outside major metropolitan areas like North Charleston, SC? ▾

Yes. Our Instructor-Led Live Classes and E-Learning programs are accessible globally. All you need is a stable internet connection and a standard web browser for full access to the platform and labs.

Who are the instructors, and what is their practical experience level? ▾

Our instructors are minimum CCP-App Delivery and Security certified with an average of 10-15 years of active, hands-on experience managing and migrating enterprise ADCs in production environments. They are practitioners, not academics.

Can I switch between a weekend batch and a weekday evening batch if my personal schedule changes? ▾

Completely flexible. You can switch between different batches (e.g., from weekends to weekdays) or formats (online to in-person) at any time during your program without penalty.

Do I need to have my own NetScaler appliance or specific hardware for the labs? ▾

No. All labs are performed in a structured, dedicated lab environment. We provide detailed instructions on how to set up access to a virtual lab environment, minimizing any cost or hardware barrier.

What are the typical timings for the weekend batches in North Charleston, SCStandard Time (IST)? ▾

Our weekend batches typically run on Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM IST to maximize the learning window while minimizing disruption to personal commitments.

What is the difference between the live online and the classroom experience? ▾

The core curriculum is identical. The key difference is the classroom provides a distraction-free, fully immersive environment with in-person, on-the-spot troubleshooting assistance, direct networking, and provided food/refreshments.
