Are the classes live or just pre-recorded videos? ▾

Is there a difference between the weekend and weekday evening batches? ▾

Do I need any special software or tools for this training? ▾

No specialized software is required. Lean tools are low-tech?paper, pencils, stopwatches, and cameras for documentation. Templates are provided in Excel and PowerPoint. Online learners only need a stable internet connection, webcam, and headset to access the Lean Management course materials.

Is this training valid for candidates outside Cicero, IL? ▾

Absolutely. Our Instructor-Led Live Classes and E-Learning programs are accessible from anywhere in Cicero, IL or globally.
