How long does the complete Six Sigma Green Belt training take? ▾

1. How long does the complete Six Sigma Green Belt training take? The core training is 40 hours, structured across 4-6 weeks depending on your chosen format. Weekend batches meet for 8 hours each Saturday and Sunday over 3 weekends. Weekday evening batches meet 3 hours per session across 6 weeks. The intensive bootcamp compresses everything into 5 full days.

What training formats are available for Six Sigma Green Belt? ▾

We offer three modalities: E-Learning for complete self-paced control, Instructor-Led Live Classes for interactive online learning with real-time Q&A, and Classroom Training for immersive in-person experience at our Melbourne, FL facility. Choose based on your learning style and schedule constraints.

Are the sessions live or just recorded video content? ▾

Our Instructor-Led and Classroom formats feature live, interactive sessions with certified Black Belts. This isn't passive video watching. You'll work through statistical problems in real-time, participate in case study discussions, and get immediate answers to your methodology questions.

What happens if I must miss a scheduled training session? ▾

You have two options: watch the recorded session (available within 24 hours), or attend the same session in any other concurrent batch at no additional cost. We run multiple batches simultaneously specifically to provide this flexibility for working professionals.

Can I switch between different batch schedules mid-program? ▾

Yes, completely. If your work schedule changes and weekend sessions become impossible, switch to weekday evenings. If you need to pause for a business trip, resume with the next available batch. We don't penalize you for having an actual job.

Who are the Six Sigma Green Belt instructors? ▾

Our instructors are certified Six Sigma Black Belts with verified project portfolios demonstrating cost savings and quality improvements. They're practicing quality professionals from manufacturing, healthcare, IT, and service industries?not academics who've never led an actual DMAIC project.

How many students are in each training batch? ▾

We cap live batches at 25 participants to ensure everyone gets meaningful instructor interaction and personalized feedback on their project work. This isn't a lecture hall where you're just a number. You'll know your instructor and they'll know you.

Is there any difference in content between weekend and weekday batches? ▾

Zero difference in curriculum, instructor quality, or materials. The only distinction is pacing. Weekend batches move faster (longer sessions, shorter total duration). Weekday batches spread the same content over more sessions with shorter individual sessions.

What technology requirements exist for online training? ▾

You need a computer (not just a tablet or phone) with stable internet, a webcam, and a microphone for interactive sessions. You'll also need the ability to install Minitab statistical software (Windows or Mac compatible). All tools and platform access are provided; you just need working hardware.
