How long does the training take to complete? ▾

The live instruction is an intensive, 16-hour program. We offer it in two main schedules: a 2-day weekend bootcamp (8 hours per day) or a 4-day weekday-evening batch (4 hours per day).

What are the different training formats available? ▾

We provide three modalities: E-Learning (self-paced study), Instructor-Led Live Class (our most popular virtual choice), and Classroom Training (an in-person, immersive experience in local area locations).

Are the classes live or just pre-recorded videos? ▾

Our sessions are 100% live and fully interactive. This is not a passive video curriculum. You will participate in real-time discussions, breakout segments for PI Planning, and live Q&A sessions with your SAFe Program Consultant (SPC).

What if a work commitment forces me to miss a scheduled class? ▾

You will not fall behind. Every session is recorded and made accessible within 24 hours. You also have the freedom to join the identical session in any other currently running batch at no additional charge.

How flexible is the program if my schedule changes? ▾

It is completely flexible. You can effortlessly switch between various batches (e.g., from weekend sessions to weekday sessions) or different formats (virtual to in-person) at any point during your program without incurring a penalty.

Who are the instructors? ▾

Our instructors are Scaled Agile-authorized, actively practicing SPCs. You gain knowledge from professionals who are currently spearheading SAFe transformations in major organizations within your region and worldwide, not simply from trainers whose only function is teaching.

What are the class sizes like? ▾

We deliberately maintain small batch sizes (typically 15?20 participants). This guarantees that every individual receives personalized attention and has ample chances to engage with the instructor and their classmates.

Is there a difference between the weekday and weekend batches? ▾

No. The official 16-hour Scaled Agile curriculum, the expert instructors, and the hands-on PI Planning simulation are identical. The only distinction is the schedule, which is structured to fit your professional life.

Do I need any special software to attend? ▾

No. All that is required is a standard web browser and a reliable internet connection for our live online classes. We utilize common tools such as Zoom and digital collaboration boards (like Miro) that are universally accessible.

Is this training valid for candidates outside the location? ▾

Yes. Our Instructor-Led Live Classes and E-Learning programs can be accessed globally. We have professionals enrolling from your region and internationally. The SAFe Agilist certification is recognized as a global standard.
