How long does the training take to complete? ▾

The live education consists of a 16-hour, high-impact program. We offer it in two main structures: a 2-day weekend intensive (8 hours/day) or a 4-day weekday-evening cohort (4 hours/day).

What are the different training formats available? ▾

We provide three modalities: E-Learning (self-paced access), Instructor-Led Live Class (our most sought-after online format), and Classroom Training (an in-person, fully immersive experience in the location).

Are the classes live or just pre-recorded videos? ▾

Our sessions are 100% live and completely interactive. This is not a passive video subscription. You will participate in real-time discussions, segmented breakout rooms for PI Planning, and live Q&A with your SAFe Program Consultant (SPC).

What if a work commitment forces me to miss a scheduled class? ▾

You won't lag behind. Every session is recorded and made available within 24 hours. You also have the flexibility to join the same session in any other currently running group at no additional charge.

How flexible is the program if my schedule changes? ▾

It is entirely flexible. You can switch between various batches (e.g., from weekend to weekday schedules) or formats (online to in-person) at any point during your program without incurring a penalty.

Who are the instructors? ▾

Our instructors are Scaled Agile-approved, active SPCs. You learn from practitioners who are actively guiding SAFe transformations in major organizations globally and in your region, not merely trainers who only teach.

What are the class sizes like? ▾

We intentionally maintain small batch sizes (typically 15-20 participants). This ensures that every individual receives personalized attention and has plenty of chances to interact with the instructor and their classmates.

Is there a difference between the weekday and weekend batches? ▾

No. The official 16-hour Scaled Agile curriculum, the expert instructors, and the hands-on PI Planning simulation are exactly the same. The only variation is the timing, which is designed to fit around your professional life.

Do I need any special software to attend? ▾

No. All you require is a standard web browser and a reliable internet connection for our live online classes. We utilize common tools such as Zoom and digital whiteboards (like Miro) that are universally accessible.

Is this training valid for candidates outside the location? ▾

Yes. Our Instructor-Led Live Classes and E-Learning programs are accessible globally. We have professionals joining from all over your region and worldwide. The SAFe Agilist certification is a global standard.
