Upper management decided on 'Agile transformation' last quarter. Now juggling my regular tasks and this new 'Product Owner' hat, without much guidance. Trying to connect all these 'sprints' and 'backlogs' to actual work. Hope this forum helps make sense of the new corporate lingo.
