My employer offered to pay for a certification. I am currently eligible for the CAPM, but I am just a few months away from meeting the hour requirements for the PMP. Would you suggest I Wait for the PMP? My manager wants me to get something quickly, but I do not want to pass up the chance to get the better certification for free.
