Currently, both are in high demand, but Backend roles sometimes offer slightly higher entry-level salaries due to the complexity of data management and security. If you are undecided, start with the basics of both to see which "clicks" for you.
Have you considered looking into Full Stack development roles instead of choosing one right away? Many companies now prefer developers who can navigate the entire tech stack, from CSS styling to SQL database queries. What specific programming languages have you experimented with so far in your studies?
I personally find Frontend more exciting because of the constant evolution of design tools and library updates. It’s perfect if you have a "visual" brain and enjoy CSS.

That is a great point, Jason. Most modern bootcamps and certifications at iCertGlobal actually push for a Full Stack foundation because it makes you much more versatile.
