The question

With the rapid rise of generative models, I am curious which jobs you think AI will NOT replace in the near future? I'm specifically looking into fields like Project Management where human empathy and complex stakeholder negotiation are vital. How can we future-proof our careers against these shifts?

From my experience in the industry, roles requiring nuanced emotional intelligence and ethical decision-making are the safest. While AI can automate scheduling or data reporting, it cannot navigate the complex office politics or the subtle interpersonal conflicts that a human Project Manager handles daily. Managing a diverse team requires a level of empathy and cultural sensitivity that algorithms simply don't possess. I believe that as long as a job involves high-stakes negotiation or "reading the room" during a crisis, a human will always be at the helm to ensure the project stays on track.

That is a valid point, but do you think AI might eventually learn to simulate empathy well enough to handle basic stakeholder updates or conflict resolution in a standardized way?

Even if AI simulates the "right" words, it lacks the genuine accountability a human leader provides. Stakeholders need to trust a person, not a script.

Jobs rooted in creative strategy and physical craftsmanship are very difficult to automate fully because they require unique human intuition and physical adaptability.

Totally agree. Intuition is built on years of lived experience, something a machine learning model cannot replicate through datasets alone.
