How to handle the 'Agile' section if I've only done Waterfall?

The question

I have spent five years in construction management (all Waterfall). I am studying for the CAPM and the Agile section feels like a different language. How do I conceptualize 'sprints' and 'backlogs' when I am used to 'Critical Paths' and 'Milestones'? Any advice for someone coming from a strictly non-tech background?
