Jeffrey is right. I’ve hired dozens of marketers, and I haven't looked at the "Education" section of a resume in years. I only care about the "Key Achievements" and tools they’ve mastered.

If I can show I scaled a brand from six to seven figures in revenue, that should theoretically outweigh a degree. Leadership isn't just about a title; it's about the tangible impact you've had on a company's bottom line. Most modern agencies seem to value those case studies over academic theory.
