You must establish an RPA Center of Excellence (CoE) to standardize documentation, security, and change management. Monitoring bot health in a complex, hybrid environment (with Cloud Technology elements) is vital. A broken bot in production can halt a core business process, instantly negating your projected Return on Investment (ROI). Standardized monitoring is non-negotiable for sustained value.
