I run a small e-commerce shop and I’m overwhelmed by the number of AI tools out there. Which ones are actually worth the subscription for things like product descriptions, social media ads, and customer support? I need tools that are easy to use and don't require a whole dev team to set up.

For a small shop, you can't go wrong with the "Big Three." ChatGPT Plus is a must for general copywriting and strategy. For visuals and ads, Canva’s "Magic Design" (which uses Stable Diffusion) is much more user-friendly than Midjourney for business owners. For customer support, look into tools like Chatbase; you just upload your website URL or a PDF of your FAQs, and it creates a custom chatbot for you in minutes. These are all low-cost and high-impact without needing any coding skills whatsoever.
Donna, I’ve heard that using these AI bots for customer service can sometimes lead to "hallucinations" where they promise discounts that don't exist. How do you prevent that?
I personally use Jasper for my blog posts. It has built-in SEO tools that make it way better than just using standard ChatGPT for traffic.
I agree, Jasper’s templates are a lifesaver for people who aren't natural writers but need to rank on Google.
Jeffrey, that’s a valid concern! The best way to prevent that is through "Temperature" settings and "System Prompts." You tell the AI strictly: "Only answer based on the provided document. If the answer isn't there, tell the customer to email support." Most modern business AI platforms have a "Strictness" toggle that keeps the bot from getting too creative with your pricing.
