The PMI Talent Triangle mandates a minimum of 8 PDUs in each of the three areas: Ways of Working (like Agile or new project methods), Power Skills (Leadership/Communication/Collaboration), and Business Acumen (Strategy/Business Knowledge). You need a total of 35 PDUs from Education (formal learning activities). The remaining 25 can come from "Giving Back" activities, but you can use Education for all 60. Reading relevant books/articles or on-the-job project work does count under certain Giving Back or Education limits, but formal activities like accredited webinars, training courses, or local PMI chapter meetings are the easiest and most verifiable way to meet the 35-hour Education requirement and ensure you hit the 8-PDU minimum for each segment of the PMI Talent Triangle.
