How many questions are on the CSM exam and what is the passing score? ▾

The exam has 50 multiple-choice questions and you get 60 minutes to complete it. You need at least 37 correct answers (74%) to pass. Our training is designed to make this very achievable.

Who provides the CSM certification? ▾

The certification is awarded by the Scrum Alliance, the world's largest and most recognized professional body for Agile practitioners.

Can I just study on my own and take the CSM exam? ▾

No. The Scrum Alliance mandates attendance in a 16-hour live course with a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST). The certification is built around interactive learning, not self-study alone.

What happens if I fail the CSM exam? ▾

Your first attempt is included. If you don't pass, a second attempt within 90 days is also free. Our 99% pass rate means this is rarely an issue for our students.

How long is my CSM certification valid and how do I renew? ▾

Your CSM credential is valid for two years. To renew, you'll need to pay a $100 renewal fee and submit proof of earning 20 Scrum Education Units (SEUs) within that period.

How long does the training take to complete? ▾

The program is a 16-hour intensive workshop, typically conducted over two full consecutive days (e.g., a Saturday and Sunday, or two weekdays).

What are the different training formats available? ▾

We offer two primary modalities: Instructor-Led Live Online via Zoom for remote participants, and in-person Classroom Training in major cities in Amman.

Are the classes live or just pre-recorded videos? ▾

Our workshops are 100% live and interactive. This is a mandatory requirement from the Scrum Alliance. You will be engaging directly with a CST and your peers in real-time.

What if a work commitment forces me to miss part of the workshop? ▾

To be eligible for Certified ScrumMaster certification, you must attend the full 16 hours. In case of emergencies, we help you reschedule and complete your certified scrum master course in a future batch at no extra cost.

How flexible is the program if my schedule changes? ▾

Very flexible. You can reschedule to any other confirmed batch up to 7 days before your workshop start date without any penalty. This ensures you don?t miss your chance to earn your scrum master certification.

Who are the instructors? ▾

Our instructors are official Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Trainers (CSTs). This is an elite group of vetted experts who have demonstrated deep knowledge and exceptional teaching skills.

What are the class sizes like? ▾

We keep our class sizes small (typically 15-25 participants) to ensure a high level of interaction, engagement, and personalized attention from the CST.

Is there a difference between the weekday and weekend batches? ▾

No. The official Scrum Alliance curriculum, the instructor, and all interactive exercises are identical. The difference lies only in scheduling flexibility for your certified scrum master course.

Do I need any special software to attend? ▾

For the live online class, you just need a computer with a webcam, a microphone, and a stable internet connection capable of running Zoom and a web browser for our online collaboration tools.

Is this training valid for candidates outside Amman? ▾

Yes. Our Instructor-Led Live Online classes are globally accessible. The CSM certification is a recognized international credential, empowering you as a ScrumMaster in any professional environment worldwide.
