ITIL RCV Training Program Overview
You are familiar with the scenario: A programmer deploys a "small" update late on a weekend. By the next morning, the service is non-operational, the database is damaged, and you are participating in an emergency call explaining the failure of the rollback procedure. You are battling against unsanctioned modifications, assets lacking proper documentation, and a release method that relies on sheer fortune instead of structured reasoning. You are suffering from disorganization. RCV-certified professionals, however, are the architects of stability. While others are simply approving Change Requests (RFCs) or bypassing the Change Advisory Board (CAB) to achieve "rapid movement," ITIL RCV experts implement a strict framework of testing, validation, and regulated deployment. They don't just "execute code deployment"; they meticulously manage the entire release orchestration. Hiring managers for fast-paced environments (FinTech, SaaS providers, large Enterprise IT) require control; they seek Release Management ITIL specialists who can guarantee that increased speed does not compromise system stability. This is not a theoretical session focused on basic definitions. Our ITIL Release Control and Validation training offers a detailed examination of the practical workings of the "Service Transition" phase. You will acquire the skills necessary to run a Change Advisory Board (CAB) that genuinely adds value, how to construct a Configuration Management System (CMS) that is accurate and reliable, and how to validate newly deployed services to ensure end-users receive the functionality they genuinely requested. We developed this course for the Release Managers, Change Managers, and Build Engineers who are weary of being blamed for faulty deployments. Whether you operate within the startup community in your region or the financial services industry in the local area, this training equips you with the authority to halt an inadequate release immediately. You will learn how to standardize the "Build, Test, Deploy" cycle to guarantee that every transition represents forward progress, rather than a regression.
ITIL RCV Training Course Highlights

Upcoming Schedule
Skills You Will Gain In Our ITIL RCV Training Program
Change Management
Assume the role of the gatekeeper. You will acquire the skills to oversee the entire lifecycle of all technical modifications, facilitating advantageous updates while significantly reducing negative operational impact. You will become proficient in implementing standard, normal, and emergency change models .
Release & Deployment Management
Master the rollout procedure. You will learn to strategically plan, schedule, and oversee the movement of system releases into both testing and live production environments, guaranteeing that the integrity of the active environment is consistently safeguarded.
Service Asset & Configuration Mgmt (SACM)
Take ownership of critical data. You will learn the process of identifying, gaining control over, recording, performing audits, and verifying all service assets and Configuration Items (CIs), thereby establishing a definitive "Source of Truth" for the entire IT infrastructure.
Service Validation & Testing
Operate with certainty. You will learn to verify that deployed releases and the resulting services fulfill the specified expectations of the customer and confirm that IT operations are fully capable of providing support for the new service
Request Fulfillment
Optimize routine tasks. You will learn to manage standard service requests (such as password resets or software installations) in a professional and highly efficient manner, correctly distinguishing them from Incidents.
Knowledge Management
Prevent organizational knowledge loss. You will learn the methods to collect, analyze, store, and share critical knowledge, ensuring that the appropriate information is accessible to the correct individual precisely when it is needed (the DIKW hierarchy model).
Who This Program Is For
Change Managers / Coordinators
Release Managers / Deployment Leads

ITIL RCV Certification Training Program Roadmap
Why Obtain ITIL RCV Certification?
Stop being viewed as a delay.
Demonstrate clearly that your "administrative process" is, in reality, crucial risk mitigation that ultimately generates financial savings for the organization.
Bridge the gap between Development and Operations.
RCV furnishes the shared terminology and standardized process structure that enables DevOps to function effectively within major corporations.
Unlock specialized career opportunities.
Qualify for sought-after, highly compensated roles such as "Release Manager" and "Change Authority" that necessitate proven, certified expertise.
Eligibility and Pre-requisites
This is an advanced Capability module that assumes you are familiar with the fundamental concepts of the service lifecycle.
Mandatory Prerequisite: You must hold a valid ITIL Foundation certificate (either v3, 2011, or ITIL 4 Foundation). You will not be permitted to register for the RCV exam without this prerequisite.
Training Requirement: You are required to successfully finish an accredited training course (such as the one we provide) to receive the "Candidate Number" that is necessary for booking the examination.
Recommended Experience: We highly advise that candidates possess a minimum of 2+ years of professional experience working within Release, Change, or Testing environments to fully grasp the complexities of the advanced scenarios
