How long does the training take to complete? ▾

The entire program is a focused 40-hour hands-on session, delivered either over 5-6 weekends or as an intensive 4-day full-time boot camp.

What are the different training formats available? ▾

We offer three options: E-Learning for self-paced practice, Instructor-Led Live Class for real-time formula debugging, and Classroom Training for an immersive, dedicated boot camp.

Are the classes live or just pre-recorded videos? ▾

Our sessions are live and fully interactive. This is a hands-on workshop environment where you are expected to follow along, build formulas, and debug in real-time.

What if a work commitment forces me to miss a scheduled class? ▾

Every session is recorded and available within 24 hours. You also have the flexibility to attend the same missed module in any other running batch at no extra cost.

How flexible is the program if my schedule changes unexpectedly? ▾

Completely flexible. You can switch between different batches (e.g., weekends to weekdays) or formats (online to in-person) at any time during your program without penalty.

Who are the instructors? ▾

Our instructors are MOS certified, data analysts, and financial professionals who use these advanced features daily to solve real-world business problems.

What are the class sizes like? ▾

We maintain small batch sizes intentionally. This ensures every participant gets personalized attention and the instructor can individually review your formula syntax and Pivot Table configurations.

Is there a difference between the weekday and weekend batches? ▾

No. The MOS curriculum, the expert instructors, and the intensity of the hands-on labs are identical. Only the schedule and pacing change to suit your professional life.

Do I need any special software to attend? ▾

Yes. You need a working installation of Microsoft Excel (preferably 2019 or later, or Office 365). All course materials are focused on the Ribbon and interface of the latest version.

Is this training valid for candidates outside major metro cities in Woodbury, MN ? ▾

Yes. Our Instructor-Led Live Classes are accessible globally, and the MOS certification is a universally recognized standard for data proficiency.

What kind of support is there if I don't pass the exam? ▾

If you take our course and follow the plan but don't pass, we provide free re-training, including one-on-one coaching and simulator access extension until you are certified.
