Can I take the PMI-ACP exam online or do I need to visit a testing center? ▾
You have options, but the online proctored exam is notoriously strict about environment requirements (clear workspace, flawless internet, webcam monitoring). Given the potential for technical disasters, we strongly recommend using a Pearson VUE testing center. They eliminate technical problems that can invalidate your exam.
What happens if I fail the PMI-ACP exam? ▾
Failing is frustrating, but not a dead end. You can retake the exam up to two more times within your one-year eligibility period (three total attempts). Extra coaching and simulator access should be used to identify exactly which agile knowledge areas need reinforcement for your next attempt.
How long is my PMI-ACP certification valid? ▾
