How long does the training take to complete under the different modalities? ▾

The full curriculum is designed for a 5-week comprehensive study plan. The live options condense the core instruction into a 40-hour format, which is completed either over 5 consecutive days (bootcamp), 4-5 weekends, or 10-12 weekday evening sessions.

What is the typical batch size for your Instructor-led Live Classes? ▾

We maintain small, focused batch sizes of no more than 20 participants. This is non-negotiable, ensuring every candidate receives personalized attention and sufficient one-on-one time with the instructor for complex lab troubleshooting.

Are the live online classes accessible from smaller cities outside of metros? ▾

Absolutely. Our Instructor-Led Live Classes only require a stable broadband connection. We regularly have participants from Kochi, Ahmedabad, and Chandigarh joining sessions led by our Singapore, Singapore-based experts.

What happens if a work commitment forces me to miss a lab or an important session? ▾

You won't fall behind. Every single live session is recorded in high-definition and uploaded to your learning portal within 12 hours. You can also attend the equivalent missed session in any future running batch for free.

Are your in-person classroom boot camps only held in Singapore, Singapore? ▾

Our flagship boot camps are frequently held in Singapore, Singapore, but we schedule regular sessions in other cities based on enrollment demand. Check the schedule for upcoming city-specific dates.

Who are the instructors, and what are their credentials? ▾

Our instructors are minimum Professional Cloud Architect or Professional Cloud Network Engineer certified, with an average of 10+ years of active, hands-on experience delivering complex cloud projects for Singapore, Singapore IT majors. They are practitioners, not academics.

Can I switch from an E-Learning plan to a Live Class plan midway through the course? ▾

Yes. We allow an upgrade at any point. You will simply pay the difference in the program fees between the E-Learning and the Live Class package?your initial investment is never wasted.

What kind of internet speed is required for the lab work in the Live Class? ▾

We recommend a stable connection of at least 4 Mbps. The labs run in a browser-based environment (Cloud Shell/Console), but a reliable connection is critical for seamless deployment and configuration without frustrating interruptions.

Do you provide a certificate of completion from iCert Global? ▾

Yes. Upon completing the required instructional hours, you receive an official iCert Global Certificate of Completion that validates your 40 hours of formal GCP training, a useful document for internal team review.

How does the scheduling of weekday evening classes accommodate Singapore, Singapore Standard Time (IST)? ▾

Our weekday evening batches are scheduled between 7:00 PM and 10:00 PM IST to ensure maximum participation from working professionals who need to clear their office hours before joining the session.
