Can I switch from an E-Learning plan to a Live Class plan midway through the course? ▾

Yes. We allow an upgrade at any point. You will simply pay the difference in the program fees between the E-Learning and the Live Class package?your initial investment is never wasted.

What kind of internet speed is required for the lab work in the Live Class? ▾

We recommend a stable connection of at least 4 Mbps. The labs run in a browser-based environment (Cloud Shell/Console), but a reliable connection is critical for seamless deployment and configuration without frustrating interruptions.

Do you provide a certificate of completion from iCert Global? ▾

Yes. Upon completing the required instructional hours, you receive an official iCert Global Certificate of Completion that validates your 40 hours of formal GCP training, a useful document for internal team review.
