Do you provide the "ITIL PPO Syllabus" document? ▾

Yes. We provide the official syllabus and a highly detailed course roadmap that maps every single lesson and topic directly to the exam requirements. This ensures your study is surgical and focused only on the material necessary to pass the ITIL PPO exam.

Can I take this course online from home? ▾

Yes. Our "Instructor-led LIVE" options deliver the same quality training as the classroom, and our "E-Learning" options allow you to take the full course and the exam from the comfort of your home or office.

Who are the instructors? ▾

Our ITIL PPO instructors are not just trainers; they are senior Service Architects and Availability Consultants with 15+ years of practical experience in designing and maintaining high-availability systems. What happens if I miss a class? ▾

Yes. We provide a dedicated booklet of complex scenarios meticulously structured to mimic the ITIL PPO exam. These cover real-world situations like capacity breaches, disaster events, and security incidents, training your judgment under pressure.

Is the exam fee included? ▾

For most of our packages, yes. We offer "All-Inclusive" pricing. Please check the specific "Schedule" section and package details to confirm the all-inclusive price which bundles the training and the ITIL PPO exam cost.

Do I get hard copy materials? ▾

For Classroom training, yes, you receive comprehensive hard copy workbooks. For Online training, you get the same comprehensive digital workbooks, templates (Capacity Plan, Availability Plan), and specialized cheat sheets for the exam.

How soon can I schedule the exam? ▾

We recommend dedicating two full weeks for post-training study, practice, and review. Once you feel completely ready and consistently pass the mock exams, we will book your official slot with PeopleCert.

Is the certificate different for Online vs Classroom? ▾

No. The official certificate is exactly the same, issued directly by PeopleCert (Axelos). It is globally recognized and does not mention the training mode (Online or Classroom).
