How long does this advanced program take? ▾

The program is a focused, 5-week deep dive into strategic program management. We offer a flexible weekend schedule designed for senior professionals who are balancing significant work responsibilities.

What training formats are available? ▾

We specialize in an Instructor-Led Live Class format. This executive-level program thrives on real-time interaction, peer-to-peer discussion, and direct engagement with seasoned program management leaders.

Are these live sessions or just pre-recorded modules? ▾

Our sessions are 100% live and interactive. This is a senior-level workshop, not a passive course. You'll engage in strategic discussions, analyze complex case studies, and debate solutions with fellow experienced leaders.

What if a critical work deliverable clashes with a class? ▾

We understand the demands of your role. Every live session is recorded and made available within 24 hours. You also have the one-time option to attend a specific session in a future batch to catch up, ensuring no loss of learning.

How are the instructors qualified for a PgMP course? ▾

Our instructors are PMI-certified PgMP holders and practicing portfolio/program directors, not just trainers. They are responsible for enterprise-level strategic initiatives and bring that real-world executive experience directly to you.

What are the class sizes? ▾

We enforce a strict cap on batch sizes. A smaller, more intimate setting is crucial for the high level of strategic discourse and personalized feedback that PgMP preparation demands.

How is this program fundamentally different from a PMP course? ▾

PMP is about project execution (doing things right). This PgMP program is about strategic alignment and benefits realization (doing the right things). We focus on managing multiple, related projects to achieve organizational objectives, a completely different and more advanced skillset.

Do I need any specialized software? ▾

No. Our virtual classroom is accessible via a standard web browser. All proprietary tools, strategic templates, and learning resources are housed within our central learning portal.

I'm a senior manager, but my title isn't "Program Manager." Is this for me? ▾

Yes. Eligibility is based on your experience and responsibility, not your title. If you manage multiple related projects, are responsible for business outcomes, and lead cross-functional teams, this program is designed for you.

Is this training relevant for leaders outside of IT? ▾
