What are the different training formats available? ▾

We offer three modalities: E-Learning (self-paced), Instructor-Led Live Class (online), and Classroom Training (in-person in major Kingston, ON IT hubs).

Are the classes live or just pre-recorded videos? ▾

Our Instructor-Led and Classroom sessions are live and fully interactive. You will engage in real-time discussions and exercises with a CMMI Institute-certified Lead Appraiser.

What if a work commitment forces me to miss a scheduled class? ▾

You won't fall behind. Every session is recorded and available within 24 hours. You also have the flexibility to attend the same session in another running batch at no extra cost.

How flexible is the program if my schedule changes? ▾

Completely flexible. You can switch between different batches (e.g., weekends to weekdays) at any time during your program without penalty.

Who are the instructors? ▾

Our instructors are CMMI Institute-certified Lead Appraisers and Instructors. These are not just trainers; they are active practitioners who lead formal appraisals for a living.

What are the class sizes like? ▾

We maintain small batch sizes (15-20 participants) to foster interactive discussion and ensure every participant gets their specific organizational questions addressed.

Is there a difference between the weekday and weekend batches? ▾

No. The official CMMI Institute curriculum, expert instructors, and hands-on exercises are identical. The only difference is the schedule.

Do I need any special software to attend? ▾

No. All you need is a standard web browser and a stable internet connection for our live online classes. All official materials are provided through our learning portal.

Is this training valid for candidates outside Kingston, ON? ▾

Yes. The CMMI model and the Certified CMMI Associate credential are globally recognized. Our live online training is accessible worldwide.
