How long does the Black Belt training take to complete? ▾

The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt course includes 160+ hours of training delivered over 8-12 weeks. Weekend, weekday evening, and intensive bootcamp formats are available, all covering the same content for Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preparation.

What are the different training formats available? ▾

We offer three modalities: E-Learning for self-paced study with video content and software practice; Instructor-Led Live Classes for interactive online learning with Master Black Belt instruction; and Classroom Training for immersive, in-person bootcamps in Salina, KS with hands-on manufacturing floor exercises.

Are the classes live or just pre-recorded videos? ▾

Instructor-Led and Classroom formats are live with interactive exercises, while E-Learning includes recorded lessons plus scheduled office hours with instructors. This ensures full preparation for Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification online.

What if work commitments force me to miss a scheduled class? ▾

Yes. The program is flexible?you can move between weekends, weekdays, or online to classroom sessions without extra cost, keeping your Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification journey uninterrupted.

How flexible is the program if my schedule changes mid-training? ▾

Completely flexible. You can switch between different batches (weekends to weekdays) or formats (online to in-person) at any time during your program without penalty or additional fees. Your access and materials carry forward seamlessly across all format changes.

Who are the instructors teaching this program? ▾

Our instructors are certified Master Black Belts with 10-20 years of transformation leadership experience at organizations like Tata Motors, Wipro, Infosys, GE, and leading consulting firms. These aren't academics?they're practitioners who've deployed hundreds of Black Belts and delivered crores in validated savings.

What are the class sizes for live training? ▾

We intentionally cap batches at 15-20 participants to ensure personalized attention during complex statistical exercises and project discussions. Small cohorts allow instructors to address individual project challenges and ensure every participant gets hands-on coaching.

Is there a difference between the weekend and weekday evening batches? ▾

No. The curriculum, instructor quality, and hands-on exercises are identical. The only difference is pacing?weekend batches progress faster (8 weeks) while weekday evening batches spread the same content over 12 weeks to accommodate work schedules. Choose based on your capacity to absorb complex material.

Do I need any special software or system requirements? ▾

You need a Windows PC or Mac (running Windows via Parallels/Bootcamp) for Minitab software. We provide a one-year Minitab license. For live online classes, you need a stable internet connection (minimum 2 Mbps), webcam, and headset. All course materials are accessible through any standard web browser.

Is this training valid for candidates outside Salina, KS? ▾

Absolutely. Our Instructor-Led Live Classes and E-Learning programs are accessible from anywhere in Salina, KS or globally. The Black Belt certification is internationally recognized?location is irrelevant. Classroom training is currently offered only in those three metros, but we're expanding to Chennai and Hyderabad based on demand.
