How long does the combo training take to complete? ▾

The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course includes 200+ hours of instruction over 12?16 weeks. Completing both Green and Black Belt projects typically takes 10?12 months.

What are the different training formats available? ▾

We provide in-person classroom training in Basel, instructor-led live classes, and online learning for self-paced study. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training and project management are included in all formats.

Are the classes live or just pre-recorded videos? ▾

Our Instructor-Led and Classroom formats are fully live and interactive. E-Learning uses high-quality recorded content but includes scheduled live office hours with Master Black Belt instructors for support.

What if work commitments force me to miss a scheduled class? ▾

You won't fall behind. Every live session is recorded and available within 24 hours. You can also attend the same session in another running batch at no extra cost.
