How long does the combo training take to complete? ▾

The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course includes 200+ hours of instruction over 12?16 weeks. Completing both Green and Black Belt projects typically takes 10?12 months.

What are the different training formats available? ▾

We provide in-person classroom training in Waterloo, ON, instructor-led live classes, and online learning for self-paced study. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training and project management are included in all formats.

Are the classes live or just pre-recorded videos? ▾

Our Instructor-Led and Classroom formats are fully live and interactive. E-Learning uses high-quality recorded content but includes scheduled live office hours with Master Black Belt instructors for support.

What if work commitments force me to miss a scheduled class? ▾

You won't fall behind. Every live session is recorded and available within 24 hours. You can also attend the same session in another running batch at no extra cost.

How flexible is the program if my schedule changes mid-training? ▾

Completely flexible. You can switch between different batches or formats at any time during your program. Your access and materials carry forward seamlessly.

Who are the instructors teaching this program? ▾

Do I need any special software or system requirements? ▾

You need a standard computer (Windows or Mac) and a stable internet connection. We provide a one-year license for Minitab, the industry-standard statistical software, which is included in your program fee.

Is this training valid for candidates outside major metros? ▾

Yes. Our Instructor-Led Live Classes and E-Learning programs are accessible from anywhere in Waterloo, ON or the world. The dual certification is internationally recognized.

What is the total cost of the combo program? ▾

Pricing depends on the format, but it represents a significant saving. For example: E-Learning (₹1,20,000), Instructor-Led Live Classes (₹1,75,000), or Classroom Training (₹2,10,000). These are all-inclusive fees for the entire Green to Black Belt journey.
