How long does the training take to complete? ▾

The entire program is a focused 40-hour session, built around a study plan delivered over 5-6 weekends or 8-10 weekday evenings to fit your working schedule.

What are the different training formats available? ▾

We offer three modalities: E-Learning for self-paced study, Instructor-Led Live Class for interactive online learning, and Classroom Training for an immersive, in-person experience.

Are the classes live or just pre-recorded videos? ▾

Our sessions are live and fully interactive. This is not a passive video course. You engage in real-time Q&A, breakout sessions, and configuration challenges with the instructor.

What if a work commitment forces me to miss a scheduled class? ▾

You won't fall behind. Every session is recorded and available within 24 hours. You also have the flexibility to attend the same missed session in any other running batch at no extra cost.

How flexible is the program if my schedule changes unexpectedly? ▾

Completely flexible. You can switch between different batches (e.g., weekends to weekdays) or formats (online to in-person) at any time during your program without any financial penalty.

Who are the instructors? ▾

Our instructors are certified, practicing Salesforce Consultants and Administrators with current industry experience who bring real-world problem-solving into the classroom.

What are the class sizes like? ▾

We maintain small batch sizes intentionally. This ensures every participant gets personalized attention and ample opportunity to interact with the instructor on their specific configuration doubts.

Is there a difference between the weekday and weekend batches? ▾

No. The ADM 201 curriculum, the certified expert instructors, and the hands-on labs are identical. Only the schedule is changed to suit your professional availability.

Do I need any special software to attend? ▾

No. All you need is a standard web browser and a stable internet connection for our live online classes. All platform configuration is done on the free Developer Org we provide.

Is this training valid for candidates outside major metro cities in Beijing ? ▾

Yes. Our Instructor-Led Live Classes and E-Learning programs are accessible globally. The ADM 201 certification is a global standard.
