How long is the training program? ▾

The course is typically delivered as a 2-day intensive boot camp (approx. 16 hours). We also offer flexible weekend options that split this over Saturday and Sunday.

Do you provide the official "ITIL Practitioner Guidance" book? ▾

Yes. Since it is an open-book exam, having the official text is critical. We provide the digital copy as part of your course kit, and hard copies are available for classroom participants.

Is the training purely theoretical? ▾

No. The entire course is built around the "Adopt and Adapt" philosophy. We use real-world case studies and exercises to force you to apply the concepts, not just listen to slides.

Who are the trainers? ▾

Our trainers are ITIL Experts and practicing consultants with 15+ years of experience in Indian IT service sectors. They don't just teach; they consult.

Can I switch from online to classroom training? ▾

Yes. We offer full flexibility. If you enroll online but decide you want the classroom experience in Bangalore or Mumbai, you can switch batches (subject to availability).

What if I miss a live session? ▾

All live sessions are recorded and uploaded to the LMS within 24 hours. You can watch the recording or jump into the next available batch for that specific module at no extra cost.

Is the content relevant for non-IT roles? ▾

Yes. The principles of Organizational Change Management (OCM) and Continual Improvement apply to HR, Finance, and Operations just as much as IT.

Do I need a laptop for the training? ▾

Yes. You will need a device to access digital materials, templates, and mock exams. For the exam itself, a laptop with a webcam is mandatory.

How soon can I take the exam after training? ▾

We recommend taking 1-2 weeks to review the materials and take the mock exams. Do not wait too long, or you will lose the momentum.

Is the certificate valid globally? ▾

Yes. The ITIL Practitioner certificate is issued by PeopleCert/Axelos and is recognized by employers worldwide, from Bangalore to Boston.

Do you cover the "v3" legacy concepts? ▾

We focus on the core updated skills (CSI, OCM, Guiding Principles). If you specifically need legacy v3 context for a migration project, our instructors can address that during Q&A.
