The core ITIL RCV training is typically a 3-day intensive bootcamp (full-time) or spread over 4-5 evenings (part-time), totaling approximately 20-24 hours of focused instruction. This duration is engineered to surgically cover the seven core processes?from Change Management to Service Validation?ensuring maximum knowledge density and exam readiness, not comfort.

Do you provide ITIL RCV sample papers? ▾

Yes. We provide a comprehensive learner workbook containing multiple full-length sample papers. These are specifically designed to mimic the ITIL RCV gradient scoring system (5, 3, 1, 0 marks). They come with detailed, accredited answer explanations to help you stop guessing and start understanding the subtle, yet critical, difference between a "good" (3-mark) and "best" (5-mark) ITIL action.

Who are the trainers? ▾

Our trainers are not career academics. They are certified Service Transition Managers and Release Architects with 15+ years of demonstrable field experience. Is the training valid for ITIL 4? ▾

This training is explicitly for the ITIL v3 Credit System. However, the principles?rigid control of Change, predictable Release, and rigorous Validation?are the 100% foundational bedrock of ITIL 4. The 4 Credits earned are a crucial, direct contribution toward the 17-credit prerequisite for the ITIL 4 Managing Professional Transition module, making it a non-negotiable step for experienced pros.

Can I take the course online? ▾
