How do I document my program management experience? ▾

You must write detailed summaries for every program you list, clearly describing your specific role and actions across the five PgMP performance domains. PMI does not disclose an exact passing percentage. The exam uses a psychometric scoring approach, rating your performance across domains as "Above Target," "Target," "Below Target," or "Needs Improvement." Can I take the PgMP exam online from home? ▾

Yes. The exam is administered by Pearson VUE and can be taken either at a physical test center or online via the OnVUE platform. Many candidates still prefer a physical test center for a fully controlled environment.

What happens if I fail the PgMP exam? ▾

We understand the demands of your role. Every live session is recorded and made available within 24 hours. You also have the one-time option to attend a specific session in a future batch to catch up, ensuring no loss of learning.
