How long does the combo training take to complete? ▾

The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course includes 200+ hours of instruction over 12?16 weeks. Completing both Green and Black Belt projects typically takes 10?12 months.

What are the different training formats available? ▾

We provide in-person classroom training in Carrollton, TX, instructor-led live classes, and online learning for self-paced study. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training and project management are included in all formats.

Are the classes live or just pre-recorded videos? ▾
