How long does the training take to complete? ▾

The entire program is built around a comprehensive 6-week study plan covering advanced DMAIC methodology. Within that framework, we offer multiple schedules: weekend-only batches, weekday evening sessions for working professionals, or an intensive 5-day bootcamp that accelerates learning for those with immediate certification deadlines.

What are the different training formats available? ▾

We offer three modalities to fit your professional demands: E-Learning for self-paced study with full statistical content, Instructor-Led Live Class for interactive online learning with real-time statistical problem-solving, and Classroom Training for an immersive in-person experience in Romeoville, IL with hands-on statistical software practice.

Are the classes live or just pre-recorded videos? ▾

Our sessions are live and fully interactive. This is absolutely not a passive video library of generic Six Sigma content. You will engage in real-time statistical problem-solving, manufacturing case study analysis, hypothesis testing workshops, and Q&A with practicing Black Belts who actually lead process improvement portfolios and understand the practical challenges of implementing DMAIC in Romeoville, IL organizations.

What if production demands or shift work forces me to miss a scheduled class? ▾

You won't fall behind on critical statistical content. Every session is recorded and available within 24 hours for on-demand review. You also have the flexibility to attend the same session in any other running batch at no extra cost, ensuring you don't miss hypothesis testing, DOE, or regression analysis instruction.

How flexible is the program if my project deadlines change? ▾

Completely flexible. You can switch between different batches (e.g., from weekends to weekdays) or formats (online to in-person) at any time during your program without penalty or additional fees. We understand manufacturing plant schedules, IT service delivery demands, and project commitments don't follow training calendars.

Who are the instructors? ▾

Our instructors are certified Six Sigma Black Belts or Master Black Belts who lead process improvement initiatives in manufacturing plants, IT service organizations, and healthcare operations?not academics teaching from textbooks. You learn from practitioners who conduct Gage R&R studies, design experiments, analyze control charts, and present financial results to executive leadership in real organizations across Romeoville, IL.

What are the class sizes like? ▾

We intentionally maintain small batch sizes. This ensures every participant gets personalized attention on statistical concepts, has the opportunity to work through hypothesis testing problems with instructor guidance, receives feedback on project documentation (for ASQ candidates), and can interact meaningfully with peers from manufacturing, IT, and service industries.

Is there a difference between the weekday and weekend batches? ▾

No difference in content, instructors, or rigor. The curriculum covering DMAIC methodology, hypothesis testing, DOE, regression, and SPC is identical. The only difference is schedule pacing designed to accommodate shift workers, IT professionals, and plant managers who have different availability based on operational demands.

Do I need statistical software to attend? ▾

No expensive software licenses required. We provide access to statistical tools through our learning portal for practice during training. All instruction covers manual calculations required for closed-book exams (IASSC) and demonstrates software usage for real project work. You need only a browser and stable internet for live online classes.
