What is the duration of the RCV course? ▾

The core ITIL RCV training is typically a 3-day intensive bootcamp (full-time) or spread over 4-5 evenings (part-time), totaling approximately 20-24 hours of focused instruction. This duration is engineered to surgically cover the seven core processes?from Change Management to Service Validation?ensuring maximum knowledge density and exam readiness, not comfort.

Do you provide ITIL RCV sample papers? ▾

Yes. We provide a comprehensive learner workbook containing multiple full-length sample papers. These are specifically designed to mimic the ITIL RCV gradient scoring system (5, 3, 1, 0 marks). They come with detailed, accredited answer explanations to help you stop guessing and start understanding the subtle, yet critical, difference between a "good" (3-mark) and "best" (5-mark) ITIL action.

Who are the trainers? ▾

Is the training valid for ITIL 4? ▾

The 4 Credits earned are a crucial, direct contribution toward the 17-credit prerequisite for the ITIL 4 Managing Professional Transition module, making it a non-negotiable step for experienced pros.
